We are based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts and work in surrounding towns. If you live in our service area you will not be charged extra fees for mileage. Otherwise, all other towns are subject to a $1 per mile fee from the center of Chelmsford each time we service your account.

We accept the following payment types;
POLICIES: If you are paying with cash/check, you must be present at the time of transaction. It is ILLIGAL to leave any payment types in or attached to the mailbox. We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments.DUE DATES: All payments are due when specified on your quotation. It is assumed and expected that a signed quotation signifies a service will take place adn that the full adn complete amount listed will be be paid in full when due. Otherwise, penalties and late fees will be added.
LATE PAYMENTS: A payment of any type, for any job is considered late exactly one week from launch/due date. 20% of the full invoice may be charged in addition to the full charge for each late month. Late fees will accrue. After year end, if invoice is not paid, it will be sent to collections.

As for scheuled services, must cancel at least 1 week from your launch date BUT MUST recieve approval from your designer/the admin. You may still be liable for 20% invoice cost depending on your contract and how far along your project is.
PRICE MATCH: Did you get a quote from another web/tech. company? We will try to match and lower it the best we can. Ask us. You MUST have receipt/proof from the other company in order for us to consider.
